SETTLEMENT

I got the idea for my first novel, ‘Settlement’ back in 2012. I believed the concept was solid and most importantly the plot was based on some of my experiences of working in financial services. After a number of false starts I finally found the time, discipline and motivation to start writing when I retired in 2018. I also wanted to create a longer story that would follow the main character, Justin Kell, as his life and career takes him through the usual highs and lows that we all experience. Alongside the main plot, Settlement starts to give an insight into the Kell’s character, his background and experiences that affect how he thinks, what motivates him as well as his vulnerabilities.
So if you like a good crime thriller and want to see how Kell gets on, then there’s plenty to get stuck into. Settlement and Payback are just the beginning. I’ve finished the third book and am toying around with options for the title. So watch this space.
